Good morning!!! how's it going?? it's soooo cold, today, isn't it!? be careful of catching a cold..
anyway,! recently i'm really concerned about my health. i tried to eat vegetable and yoghurt, every luch time. and i don't like milk, you know. but i drink milk before going bed. 'cause milk contain a lot of calcium. also, exercising is good for our health, but i don't like so much exercise. so i will try to develop my abdominal muscles and do stretch after taking a bath. today, it's cold, so i wanna take a bath for half the body, but i have a job, and i don't have much time to do that..
so what do you do for your health?? if you something for your health, please let me know!
